Planning and Listed Building Consent granted : Michael Harris Associates

Another successul planning application! Planning and Listed Building Consent was granted for Fairbourne Manor Barn in Harrietsham in 2023, for the conversion of a Grade II Listed barn into a residential dwelling. The barn dates from the 16th Century, and was extended into two phases in the 17th and 18th Centuries. Unusually, the whole area including the surrounding of the barn were excavated, probably for quarrying in the early 19th Century and a lower floor level was constructed. An interesting project to be involved in!
