Planning and Listed Building Consent granted

Another successful planning application for Court Lodge in Linton. Retrospective Listed Building and Planning Consent has been negotiated and granted for a number of internal and external alterations, including levelling of floor to the dining room, replacement of the existing fireplace with a woodburning stove, and the replacement of a decayed sole plate and repairs to partition walls. We're looking forward to working with this client to progress this project to completion!
